And None Dare Call It Treason

What we have witnessed after the deliberate premature pull out of the United States from Afghanistan begs a question that nobody seems to want to ask.

How is this not treason?

First off, let’s get the definition out in play so that we know what it is we are talking about here.

A quick internet search leads me to the Legal Information Institute at Cornell Law School

It then has the definition of Treason per the Constitution of the United States of America, under Article III, Section3,

18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

What is “Aid and Comfort”?

“to aid and assist any enemy . . . by joining the armies of the enemy,
or by enlisting, or procuring, or persuading others to enlist for that
purpose; or by furnishing such enemies with arms or ammunition, provision, or any other article, or articles, for their aid or comfort,
or by carrying on a traitorous correspondence with them.”

Unless you have been living under a rock, in a cave, on an uninhabited island, you probably have heard that the Armed Forces walked away from literally BILLIONS OF DOLLARS worth of arms, equipment, intelligence posts and what do you know, scads of cold hard cash.

See for yourself just what kind of money we are talking about here, at 45 seconds in.

Not only that, it has been reported that there were back door communications by Joe Biden’s CIA Chief and the acting head of the Taliban trying to negotiate a timeline extension for withdrawal that the Taliban flatly rejected.

To really, really show just how inept and ridiculously stupid whoever it is that is actually calling the shots behind the mentally defective sock puppet some people keep referring to as The President, they finally got a clue that maybe this isn’t going over well so they are having their little twisted minions run around the internet, trying to scrub all the Federal sites that have the lists of arms, equipment, money etc that they KNOWINGLY, left over there.

Not only is this beyond stupid because the internet is forever, it strongly suggests a knowledge of wrong doing that they would like to make disappear.

All of this did not happen in a vacuum either.

Orders were given.

Orders were relayed.

Orders were followed.

So you have The Office of the President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the State Department, the Intelligence Agencies and on and on and on with a huge list of people that knew about this plan in advance and NOT ONE OF THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO STOP IT.

Yet strangely enough, not one, zero, accusations of treason.

It is beyond mind boggling.

Their actions literally fit the definition of treason word for word.

And nothing.

Just another day in the office, right?

Well, the answer to the question of can we depend on our Military has been answered.

Just in case you missed that.

So now The Taliban, China, Iran and God only knows who else, now has some of our latest weaponry to send to their engineering department to take apart and make copies of.

To use against us in the near future no doubt.

The Taliban also has a huge bank roll of cash, courtesy of the U.S. Taxpayers, via the extreme generosity of one Joseph Robinette Biden, which begs a whole set of questions all by its self and was money that could have solved a host of problems back here where it belonged in the first place.

And what are we hearing about all of this out of the media and the supposed opposition party?

Moaning crickets.

This whole scenario from front to back defies belief yet here we are, witnessing the biggest stab in the back in world history and nobody seems to give a rat’s ass about it, let alone maybe actually do something about it.

If this doesn’t hammer home the fact that we are on our own, I really don’t know what will at this point.

Now that these Communist Sock Puppets have walked away from Afghanistan, they are suddenly freed up to start taking care of problems here at home in their free time.

That would be us, The Deplorables.

This is going to be for all the marbles and it’s coming our way soon.

What you thought could never happen here is going to.

You need to wake up to that reality.

  1. Sorry to disagree. We were going to pull out eventually; the mission was a total failure, a predictable failure. The best way would have been to negotiate a planned, orderly withdrawal with the Taliban. However, the total collapse of the Afghan National Army (always Potemkin force) gave the Taliban forces tactical superiority over the US/NATO forces everywhere. Our leaders and military panicked, and what could have been an orderly removal became a bug-out. The Taliban decided to let us run away and take a lot of nuisance people with us, because the optics were just too wonderful.

I might note that the real problem is the abandonment of our NATO allies in-country: Britain, France, Germany, Netherlands, et al. The total lack of consultation and coordination means that our European allies must seriously consider building an alternative to NATO without the US. The oft-discussed European force would better provide for European security, and would allow Europe to have an independent foreign policy.

    The Taliban killed NATO, too.

    • “The Taliban killed NATO too.” NATO has deserved death for at least 50 years. The USA has been paying for their defense since the end of WWII. President Trump finally called them out on it and got them to actually contribute some of their GDP to support NATO. If Russia really had attacked Europe sometime during the Cold War, the whole of Europe would have been over run like a speed bump.

    • It had nothing to do with “tactical superiority” in any sense. It had to do with never being permitted to get down and dirty with the enemy. When politics and command restrict you with one set of rules and your enemy has no rules, you will never win. Thus, it was doomed before it began due to politics.
As well, the scope of the withdrawal and the speed at which the Taliban filled the vacuum speaks of intelligence shared with them from NATO/US and/or the Chinese. I am willing to bet an entire paycheck that the Biden Admin has been working hand in hand with the Chinese and they have been forwarding the information to the Taliban.
Treason beyond comprehension. Every last elected Democrat needs to hang. Make wind chimes out them in every city and town.
Then start hanging every last Anti Fa!

      • ” When politics and command restrict you with one set of rules and your enemy has no rules, you will never win. “

I thought we proved that with Landslide Lyndon Johnson and Vietnam.

      • We had no business in Afghanistan and like the last century of war could have avoided all this trouble by minding our own business. No trade, no entry. No Problem.

        • Well, when a country or entity harbors those who plan and perform terrorist acts against us, it IS our problem.
Gonna sit idly by while attacks are made on US citizens on US soil??
          Why don’cha move to Venezuela?

          • Ah. You believe the Narrative of 911. For the sake of your argument, tell us how the past 20 years of Afghan occupation eliminated the terrorist threat. It’s not enough to use the “elephant repellent” excuse: spray the magic dust and say, “See? No elephants!” And while the ROE could certainly have been different – IF the Afghans WERE ‘harboring terrorists that attacked the US’ – that’s not the war we got. I would have been in favor of glassing the whole country; lots cheaper, no immigrant ‘allies’ to rescue, etc. What happened was a war the government wanted to keep us focused elsewhere while ratcheting up the domestic police state.

          • “when a country or entity harbors those who plan and perform terrorist acts against us, it IS our problem”

True. But: Then we should have knocked over Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Of course, The Magic Kingdom backs the American Debtbuck with oil, so that’s a problem. Also, TMK is the ally of Our Greatest Ally (TM).

The problem wasn’t going after bad people in Affy. SOF were doing a pretty good job at the beginning. But money had to be made and careerists had to get their stars, so Big Army was sent in. Thereby undoing the mostly good work of SF and CIA and turning Affy into a quagmire.

      • “… our European allies must seriously consider building an alternative to NATO without the US.”

If there’s any “up” side to this whole mess…

  2. …and let’s not forget that all of that hardware left behind in Afghanistan is now in the hands of the Chinese and the Russians, who can now develop countermeasures and upgrade their own battle technology that makes those weapons so effective. ‘Course, no one in the .gov is talking about that.

  3. It isn’t treason to the Weather Underground Government.
Billy, Bernardine and Barry are loving it as they high five by the people’s collective champagne fountain.
Revolutionaries will use any means necessary to burn down America once and for all.
A big crackdown will commence after the next terror attack on American soil thanks to all the replacements/purgers shipped in from the Graveyard Of Empires.
A study out of Europe done by a wymyns proves that Afghans have the highest crime rate of the replacements.

Treason doth never prosper, what’s the reason? For if it prosper, none dare call it Treason.

    Sir John Harington

    • “A big crackdown will commence [on the rest of us] after the next terror attack on American soil thanks to all the replacements/purgers shipped in from the Graveyard Of Empires.”

“You’ll be so much safer after we come and take all your guns.”

    • ‘the Weather Underground Government”

Exactly. The most destructive fifth column ever.
But they cannot be noticed, much less criticized, for … reasons.

  4. Had any of us low level grunts, jar heads, balsa wood airplane flyers, squids ever do anything like 1/1,000,000th of what these turds and turdettes are doing/have done we would have never seen the night sky again and possibly followed Eddie Slovick into the great democarp utopia of the skye… and be singing “We are the World.”.

  5. It wouldn’t be that hard to prove, most on the left are guilty of treasonous acts none form or another. as well as a huge portion of those on the right that are guilty of condoning their acts. As far as the crap going on and being taught in the pubic skoolz, it’s outright subversion. Every single member of the school boards that allow this and the specific teachers teaching it are guilty and can and should lose their citizenship for it.

  6. I know we’ve all seen blurbs about China being here, in Mexico and Canada. It went into the “bullshit” file. After this, not so sure. Looking for recipes for Ching Chong on a pellet smoker.

  7. There is no opposition party. This is all the fault of the so called “Republicans”. It was obvious from the weak candidates they put forward in the 2016 Presidential election that they had no intention of winning or really even taking on the Clinton Machine. That’s what allowed Trump to hijack the whole thing and Trump was what caused TPTB to make sure nothing like that ever happened again. It’s very telling that he Republicans let a badly corrupt election slide. Believe me, Biden and the rest could not care less about Afghanistan or anyone getting killed because of the botched pullout or any of the other implications. They think they’ll get it all back when they install the One World Communist Regime anyway. China and India get a vote and no battle plan ever survived contact with the enemy. Afghanisatan and Iran are China’s land bridge to the mid East oilfields. This could turn into a 3 way World War. As far as the US Military is concerned I see some of the senior officers and I’ve been warning people for a while that we are in a lot of trouble.

  8. “How is this not treason?”

As always – if it prospers, none dare call it treason. The folks that did it got what they wanted, and they know that no one is going to do anything to hold them accountable.

  9. “This is going to be for all the marbles and it’s coming our way soon.

What you thought could never happen here is going to.

You need to wake up to that reality.”

This right here affects nearly half the country, I fear.
Head in the sand, pretend it ain’t so. Much easier than realizing you have to pick up a rifle and fight to get your freedom back. They do not believe their freedom is already gone. They think it will come back.
