Leave the cheese off and it would be OK for French Toast.

I think what ya got there is closer to a Bacon Cordon Bleu.

  1. I may try that. I have been doing a summer favorite: homemade BLT’s–6 to 8 slices of bacon, a garden fresh tomato, on a sourdough toasted bread, butter and mayo. Yum!
