Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt here. That guy’s actually drinking a glass of moonshine and holding an old fashioned (red tint) and they’re out at 7am and saw the cats and thought it’d be fun to get their 3rd buddy to snag a pic. Just trying to help!
There is something very wrong with that picture…….I cannot begin to describe all the icky feelings I get from looking at it.

Maybe the cats are injured and ne3ed an outside break. The pals and paws logo on the left cart suggests something on that order.
