Some Reality For The Perpetual Cheerleaders

Since the last picture was taken five years ago now you can only figure that there is nothing left there except some crumbling foundations hidden by overgrown trees and brush.

But things are getting better, right?

  1. Sometime around 1995 – 2000 at visited Detroit. I took the rail line from the Detroit Renaissance center through what use to be Downtown Detroit. I though I was visiting some bombed out war torn third world city. To think that this city went from being the manufacturing capital of the USA to rubble in 40 years is mind boggling. The Democrats wear in control the whole time.

    • A little town south of where I lived in De Smet, SD would give you a lot and forgive any utility hook up fees and would not charge any permits if you built a house or put a new mobile home on it and agreed to live there for ten years.

  2. I was living in Grand Rapids, Michigan and went to visit a long time friend that had moved to the suburbs of Detroit and saw blocks and blocks of nothing but front porches where houses use to sit. and I saw also houses that a few years prior to that had been occupied by older people that had died and the families would abandon the old house they grew up in cause there was no value or market for them, then of course the orcs and meth heads would move in and squat in them until they fell apart from neglect or the orcs would tear out old plumbing fixtures and pipes and electrical wiring to sell at a recycler.

  3. If you showed this progression (regression) of pictures to a Liberal / Democrat, I’m certain they would blame Trump. This despite the last image was from before he was elected. For the Dems and Libs, it is essential they have a complete disconnect between their actions and the results.
    * From the website NIMH (National Institute for Mental Health):
“The word psychosis is used to describe conditions that affect the mind, where there has been some loss of contact with reality. When someone becomes ill in this way it is called a psychotic episode. During a period of psychosis, a person’s thoughts and perceptions are disturbed and the individual may have difficulty understanding what is real and what is not. Symptoms of psychosis include delusions (false beliefs) and hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that others do not see or hear). Other symptoms include incoherent or nonsense speech, and behavior that is inappropriate for the situation.”
    *From Psychology Toady:
“Clearly, perception and reality have very different meanings. The former occurs entirely in the mind in which mental gymnastics can turn any belief into reality. The other exists completely outside of the mind and can’t be easily manipulated. To conflate perception with reality is to reject the Enlightenment and harken back to the Middle Ages.

Perception is not reality, but, admittedly, perception can become a person’s reality (there is a difference) because perception has a potent influence on how we look at reality.”
(In other words, they honestly believe their own shit!)

In my view, this entire shit show is a collective psychosis, and I no longer give two shits about the reasons or what. Lock up the entire collective of pinheads, fascists, dreamers, SJWs and BLMs. The rest of the world does not have the time to keep endlessly dealing with them.

  4. My Mother and Sister went to see an aunt that was on her deathbed in 1965 in E. St. Louis, Il. The cabbie made them lie down in the backseat to avoid attracting gunfire at their white faces. Mom then discovered my Grandmother was sinking into dementia so we got her the hell outta there. The house was burned down within a year. Hell, the paved street (Lincoln Av) has turned to dirt. Gee, I dont know what the root causes could be; but Im sure we did something wrong.

  5. Detroit it is, and there are worse areas than that. Whole blocks abandoned and crumbling not to mention entire factories, Self inflicted between D party rule and unions that milked the companies beyond reason. Kinda like the government unions are doing now only it is all of us taxpayers that are going to be destroyed.

    • I was born(1948) and raised in Detroit, was away a few years in the AF then lived and worked in and around Detroit till I retired. It’s hard to believe how far that town has fallen.

Pansies, Trolls and Liberals are urged to flee this place.
