I am one of the few people who take their own hot sauces to Mexican restaurants.
Two weeks ago, I went to a local Mexican restaurant and brought along a bottle
of Maria Sharp’s Habanero Red Comatose Level. But even I know my limits.
My Carolina Reaper sauce is still nearly full. You gotta be careful with the
high-end pepper sauces!
That stuff didn’t eat through the frying pan.
Can’t be very hot.

I grew Carolina reapers last year and used them for salsa truthfully need a respirator while cutting them up!
