If you have children or grand children then you know how important that can be.

It helps define who we are and where we came from later in life.

  1. I guess I should be more conscious about that. Once in a while I realize that this is a moment that becomes ingrained in my child’s brain – a memory retrievable any time in my child’s future live. I try making the very best of it when that happens but thank you for reminding me to consciously causing such moments!

  2. My Daughter still refers to me as her hairdresser.I did her hair for years. Nobody outside of my wife and kids would have believed that. In my youth I was a bit energetic. Now I have 3 Granddaughters and 2 Grandsons. That really grounds you. I do everything I can to build memories with them.
In a few years I am going to have to remember how to do a reverse french braid.

  3. I love the look on the little girl’s face. Dad is seriously paying attention and trying not to color outside the lines, while she is just wrapped up in him.
