From One Of The Greats, This Is Beautiful Music

Alvin Lee, one of the most under rated and least known to most people except those from a certain generation.

George Harrison plays the slide guitar on this also.

I can listen to this over and over and over again.

Very soon after the 3:55 mark you will begin to understand what I am talking about.

  1. Most excellent choice and a real challenge to learn and play well. Stolen lots of those licks for other songs. Never got the accolades he was due.

  2. He hit my radar in the mid eighties when I was in high school. I was a little late to the Alvin Lee party but I know him and respect him. In some ways he reminds me of Walter Trout, a truly great guitarist that does not get the respect he is due.

  3. Ten Years After’s 1970 album “Watt” is the quintessential example of sixties acid rock.
I wore out two vinyl versions on the old Zenith Hi Fi in my yout.
Alvin Lee places in my top ten greatest guit players of all time.

Pansies, Trolls and Liberals are urged to flee this place.
