RIP Bitsy

Well, that part is over.

Our 20 year old cat went tits up sometime early this morning. That was part of the drama I alluded to in the last post.

I’m going to leave the rest of it out and let it go.

There is 3 inches of snow on the ground outside so I am getting ready to take her up and have her cremated so we can bury her ashes in a more appropriate location at a later date.

She was a good cat and had a good run.

  1. Sorry about the cat. We had to have ours put down last week. Hurt like hell, and I’m not even a cat person…but he was a damn good cat.

  2. Sorry to hear about your loss, Phil. I use to have some cats when I was younger but after mourning their deaths I’ve decided no more. Now I hang out a few bird feeders by my living room window and enjoy the various types of feathered friends especially the Cardinals.

  3. My condolences and sympathies on Bitsy, Phil. Our furry friends become so much a part of our lives and as long as they are with us, no matter how long, it never seems enough time.

  4. Doesn’t matter how old, they’re still hard to lose. 3.5 mo. Golden gone in minutes out of the back of my truck. The old dog sat there and didn’t do a thing.

Pansies, Trolls and Liberals are urged to flee this place.
